Hotel
A block of hotel rooms will be reserved at the Radisson Hotel Newport Beach at a UCI rate of $119.00 plus taxes, breakfast included. Participants will be expected to reserve their own rooms and cover the costs. Please reference "HASTAC" when you call.

Shuttle Schedule
Thursday, May 22
a) shuttle leaves Radisson at 6 pm, drop off at Calit2
b) shuttle pickup at Calit2 at 9:30 pm

Friday, May 23
a) shuttle leaves Radisson at 8:15 am, drop off at Calit2
b) shuttle picks up at the Beall Center at 8:30 pm

Multiple shuttle runs may be required.
If you would like to take a shuttle at a different time, please arrange it directly with the front desk at the hotel.

Buses to UCLA, depart from Radisson Newport Beach for bus program ("LA at 65 Mph").

Daily Parking Permits
Visitors may purchase daily parking permits ($8.00 per vehicle) by stopping at any of the 11 Information & Parking booths conveniently located throughout campus. Our friendly and knowledgeable attendants will issue you a parking permit and direct you to the appropriate parking lot or structure. They can also provide directions to campus attractions and answer any questions you may have.

We recommend that you request pickup at the UCLA Faculty Center on Charles E. Young Dr., a short walk from Perloff.  You can also walk about 2 blocks to the Westwood W Hotel on Hilgard. There is always a line of available cabs outside the front entrance.
