The UCLA Humanities Division and the Office of the Dean are hosting a welcome dinner for the Faculty and Graduate Fellows and members of the UC Humanities Network.
When: Thursday, April 18, 5:00-6:30 pm
Where: Janss Terrace, next to the Shapiro Fountain across from Royce Hall. From LOT 4 or the Fowler Museum, look for the giant staircase leading up through the center of the expansive lawn. If you’re coming from the east side of campus, look for the fountain at the far end of the grassy divide between Royce Hall and Powell Library.
Shuttles will be available at Hotel Palomar to take you to the UCLA campus.
If you are driving to UCLA, convenient parking is available in LOT 4, accessible from Sunset Boulevard at Westwood. General parking is $11; automated pay stations accept $1 or $5 bills and credit/debit cards. If you have a parking permit from your own campus, you can park for free – but you must show your hangtag and campus ID at the UCLA parking kiosk outside LOT 4 before entering.
