at the UCLA Fowler Museum and the Young Research Library
Important Note: if for any reason you miss a UCLA shuttle bus run, the Hotel Palomar has its own shuttle that you can request; if it is not available, there is also a taxi stand at the hotel.
THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2013
2:15PM Departure of UCLA shuttle/bus from Palomar to Fowler Museum. Drop off point will be at Westwood Plaza and then walk to Fowler Museum (E3 on campus map). Meeting will be held in Deutsch Seminar Room. (Please note that this run is for the Deans, Center Directors and Associate Directors)
4:15PM Departure from Palomar for 5:00PM Dinner at Janss Terrace, next to the Shapiro Fountain across from Royce Hall (E3 campus map). Drop off point will be at Westwood Plaza and then walk to dinner. (Please note that this run is for Fellows and invited speakers.)
9:45PM Departure from Westwood Plaza for return to Hotel Palomar. Staff members will guide group to location from Fowler Museum.
FRIDAY, APRIL 19, 2013
8:15AM Departure from hotel to Young Research Library. Drop off point will be on Sycamore Court, outside GSEIS (Graduate School of Education & Information Studies), next to Young Research Library (F2 on campus map). Meetings will be on first floor, rooms 11348 and 11348A of Young Research Library (Please note that this run is for Deans, Center Directors and Associate Directors)
