This virtual conference on the ethics of multispecies epistemologies invites participants to present draft chapters of their research exploring embodied ethical dispositions that emerge from various global frameworks of multispecies knowing between people and different kinds of living beings, with the goal of editing the chapters for a published collection after the conference. Contributors address the topic through the perspectives of animal studies, laboratory science, plant and insect life, race and disability studies, Indigenous and Latinx posthumanism, affect and semiosis, and of multicultural epistemic accounts in Daoism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Christianity, Jainism, Ecowomanism, and African social relations.
