This grant supports archival work at the Historical Society of New Mexico, the New Mexico History Museum, and the University of New Mexico Center for Southwest Research for my second book on the history of writing and print culture in the nineteenth-century Spanish-Mexican Southwest and for my research on the circulation of books in New Mexico in particular.
