The War on Terror’s Returns: Contract Relations and the Aesthetics of Imperial Accumulation examines the administrative organization of the US-led Global War on Terror through social relations between contracts, labor, and valuation by analyzing aesthetic practices that critically engage the mundane work of warmaking and imperial accumulation.
