Militarizing Critical Theory: Interrogation

In partnership with UCI’s Center for Ethnography, UCHRI is sponsoring a series of studio sessions that examine the uses and complicities of academic theories in the contemporary conduct of warfare, intelligence and security operations.  The third studio session, on the topic of “Interrogation” was held May 5, 2008, at UCHRI. Principal panelists include Page DuBois (UCSD), Laura McNamara (Sandia Labs), Jean Maria Arrig (independent scholar), and Ray Bennet (US Army Interrogator, interrogated Saddam Hussein).
