Call for Graduate Student Participants: for Refuge at Risk: Concepts, Infrastructures, Futures  

We invite UC graduate students to register for the special graduate session of UCHRI’s Refuge at Risk conference on Thursday, February 16th from 1:00-2:30 pm. This session will bring together graduate and postdoctoral scholars working on the theme of refuge, broadly conceived. It will include a roundtable conversation on transdisciplinary research and career paths in the fields of current and historic human migration, refugee studies, and displacement. The session will be moderated by Dr. Carrie Perkins, an ACLS Postdoctoral Scholar in the School of Humanities at UC Irvine and a UCHRI Research Affiliate. Lunch will be provided.
