Mei Zhan

Mei Zhan is Associate Professor of Anthropology at UC-Irvine. She is the author of Other-Worldly: Making Chinese Medicine Through Transnational Frames. She works on science and technology studies, medical anthropology, China, feminism, transnationalism and globalization, and is currently finishing a book entitled Bring Medicine Back To Life: Inventing Classical Medicine in Entrepreneurial China.
