Yuri Fraccaroli

Yuri Fraccaroli is a PhD student in the Feminist Studies Department at UC Santa Barbara and a Teaching Assistant. They are actively involved with Acervo Bajubá, an LGBT+ community archive in São Paulo, as a researcher, artist, and educator. Their work focuses on Hemispheric Cuir/Queer Studies, gender and sexuality, and race, with methodologies rooted in memory studies, oral history, archival studies, and ethnography. Currently, Yuri holds an ACLS/Mellon Dissertation Innovation Fellowship.
