Phenomenology and its Horizons: 2018

This conference brought together some of the foremost phenomenology scholars in North America, and an interdisciplinary group of scholars at UC Merced interested in applications of phenomenology. The conference (1) presented state-of-the-art work in phenomenology, (2) brought together two major traditions of phenomenological research in the United States, (3) facilitated dialogue between phenomenologists and others who apply phenomenology to a diverse array of topics in the humanities and social sciences, and (4) presented topics of public and regional interest in one or more public talks.
