As part of the Andrew Mellon-funded Humanities and Changing Conceptions of Work Initiative, the UC Humanities Network is partnering with the National University of Mexico’s Museum of Contemporary Art to host a 3-day workshop on Humanities and Work. 11 UC faculty and graduate students will be in conversation with Latin American academics, public intellectuals, and artists to explore issues such as the role and position of informal economies, cultural labor and art making, new technologies and the transformation of labor, and migration and labor, among many others. >> view program [PDF]
