Melody Jue

Melody Jue is Associate Professor of English at UC Santa Barbara. She is the author of Wild Blue Media: Thinking Through Seawater (Duke University Press, 2020), which won the 2020 Speculative Fictions and Cultures of Science book award; co-editor of Saturation: An Elemental Politics (Duke Press, 2021) with Rafico Ruiz; and co-editor of Informatics of Domination (forthcoming with Duke Press) with Zach Blas and Jennifer Rhee. She regularly collaborates with artists and scientists, and brings experience as a scuba diver to many of her writings.
